Loyalty systems offered by 4M are very flexible. Each of them is created individually and adjusted to client's needs. Thanks to module construction the system is user-friendly and allows for further development.
Main elements of our loyalty systems:
- memory card equipped with a protective module or magnetic stripe card,
- chip card readers or terminals,
- central computer with database and managing applications
Safety
The main advantage of our products is high level of safety.
- cards are protected by PIN-codes before the points are added,
- every card is authorized, which allows for eliminating any fake cards (card reader rejects all unauthorized cards and informs an administrator about the attempt of use of such a card)
- collected points are also stored in database, access to which is reserved only for authorized system operator
Database
The foundation of every system is well programmed database, which allows for keeping the records of operations. Data stored in the database include: client's personal data, date and amount of money spend during every shopping, amount of collected points, amount of exchanged points, amount and kind of purchased products.
Preparing reports
Our systems allow for preparing very useful reports which describe:
- number and profile of clients
- average amount of money spent during a purchase
- frequency of purchase
- date of the last purchase
- most frequently chosen products
- sales structure regarding products and prices
- sales statistics regarding age and highest amount of purchase and other..
